Working with Bill has been one of the greatest experiences over the last few years. Bill is a kind, patient, determined person that has an amazing amount of tenacity. He is able to take on a great deal of work, and follow through with tasks with aplomb. He was responsible for implementing a Mini Maker Faire website program that empowered producers around the world to build custom sites in their locale.

I came to really rely on Bill's careful and thoughtful QA and UAT skills at Make. Bill is really great at thinking like a user of software/websites, and did a fantastic job of putting our work through its paces and exposing flaws before they were released. As good as he is at that, he's even better to work with: patient, thorough, and a good listener. I wish he could be on every team!

I managed Bill at Make: and have personally worked with him for the past 4 years. Bill is a hard worker, never one to shy away from a challenge. He is always willing to help out where there is a need regardless if the task is one he has done before. You can always count on Bill accomplishing a task and if he doesn't know an answer to a question, he will dig until he finds the answer. He would be a great addition to any team!

He also has a great sense of humor and so when things get stressful, you're glad that he's the one you need to face down the wolves with. Additionally, you can trust that he'll either get things done when agreed or that he'll properly communicate a deviation from schedule. I appreciate Bill.

Bill was an invaluable member of the web development team at Maker Media and a treat to work with. As an UAT analyst he did impeccable work testing, troubleshooting and identifying bugs with an extraordinary eye for detail. He was also a beloved community manager, offering support to a wide range of user's websites with care and consideration. He wore a lot of hats, having a great sense for design and being a capable developer as well. I would not hesitate to work with him again.
